Music, Farm Tours and a new book!

 

                                      

Anyone recognize this old schoolhouse? It was built in the 1790's and still stands on a busy street in southern Delaware County

                      House tours, garden tours, farm animals and colonial toys & games
 
          Also on Saturday: Storytime for children at 11 AM and Long rifle demonstrations at 12:30 PM
 
Admission: $8 for adults, $6 for children
Hours: 11 AM - 5 PM, last entry 4 PM

Join us for a day of family fun at the Open Space Music Festival.  There will be great music from 10 different bands, food, drinks, beer, and activities for kids.   The music festival is a fundraiser for Newlin Grist Mill, The Beaver Valley Conservancy, and Save the Valley. Below is the list of bands and performance artists that will be playing:

Mallory Square: 6:55-7:30

Please bring with you a lawn chair (bag chair) or blanket, insect repellent, sunscreen, cash, and your love of music!  Tickets cost $20.00 in advance, $25.00 at the event.  (There is no admission charged for children under 12 when they are accompanied by a paying adult.)

We will also have on display numerous published works either about Bethel or written or illustrated by natives of Bethel Township. Light refreshments will be served.
