Springsteen,The Colonial Plantation, Marple and Thornbury Townships

The answer to the Bruce Springsteen question is Morton Boro. When watching the video " Born in the USA" look for the man making a muscle that has the U.S. Marine emblem on his bicep and look over his shoulder. When you look, you will see the Morton Amvets Post on Morton Ave. with a sign stating such. The man is Kelly Distillo who ran Kellys Texaco on Woodland Ave. in Springfield just past Powell Rd. He ran it from the 1970's till about 1990. Kelly never told anyone about it and incredibly when the video came out no one noticed the AM Vet sign or Kelly himself. His business was just a few blocks from Springfield High School where many students got gas and not one recognized him. A little know Rock & Roll fact.
