Date - October 1, 2011
Time - 12 to 4 with last entry at 3pm
Adults - $8.00 and children (4 to 12) -$8.00
Fall is here and it a beautiful time to be on the farm. This children's event features, needle in the hay stack, corn husk doll making, lumberjacks, sack races, paper making, bean bag toss, hay maze, candle making, whizzers, and much more. Watch a woman defend herself when accused of witchcraft. Will she be able to avoid arrest and possible burning at the stake? Refreshments will be available for purchase. Leave the electronic games behind and enjoy fun on the farm the way it has been enjoyed for generations.
Just added to my website is the 1949 Delco Farm Bureau booklet. How many farms were in Delco in 1949? And their average size in acres? Would you believe over 800 farms and the average size was 50 acres! Go to my website and take a look

Whenever you see farm chores you know that it will be a peaceful day where you can play "colonial" and enjoy the serenity of the farm. You are invited to work on a project or skill that you want to do
